MOLA 100 students had a great time with Dr. Bergstrom, who came back from retirement to discuss the Spanish novel Don Quixote. MOLA 100 is a our new English-language cultural competency course, open to all students. In addition to literature, students learn about the history, art, cuisine, fashion, music, scientific contributions, customs, and daily life of Spanish- and French-speaking peoples. Other scheduled speakers this semester include a former Senegalese telejournalist, a salsa dance instructor, and student athletes from Quebec and South America.
