Hey guys! Have you ever felt like you had some great momentum going, then somehow you just fall off the wagon.. BIG TIME? That's me, like right now. It's hard to not get stuck in the coulda, shoulda, woulda's.. but you can't let shame or embarrassment get in the way of getting back up again, no matter how long it's been.

Use today to do something that you've been putting off. Just do something today. Then do it tomorrow. It's the little things that build up to big success. The things that are easy to do, AND easy not to do.

: Round 4, Day 5.. and I have a partner this time! Yesterday, I pulled a back to back Insanity and workout with , and then somehow managed to pull off Day 5 with . It was either the extra of a partner, the breeze, or the first time I tried my Rev3 (which killed it) But in any case, I feel like I might be sitting funny tomorrow. I'm gonna go the hammies..

How do you know if something is if you've never tried? This particular night, I very nervously tried a front walkover.. and landed flat on my back. It took a lot of and to even try it though! I survived.. and conquered a fear as well. (I can also say that I'll be working on my back bends so that doesn't happen again!)

Try a moving meditation today! When you're moving your body, it's easier to retain clarity.. stretch, jog, do some jumping jacks.. but whatever you do, use that time as YOUR sacred time.

Part of what makes this journey so fun and exciting, is getting to move your body in such a variety of ways. There's so many different things you can do to move your body!

Just in the past 30 days, I've taken a killer spinning class, worked it out at a super fun Baila Barre class, and later today I'll be going to Beachbody's Super Sunday event to dance the day away with Shaun T's new program called Cize.

Exercise doesn't have to be hard! That's a belief. When you learn how to manage your beliefs to create your life, your life (and your body) start getting REALLY good.

The reason I feel so confident in my transformation? It's because I have a coach like David Leaptrott. He's pushed me to condition my ENTIRE body to become stronger ALL OVER.

When I run, I feel stronger. When I lift, I feel stronger. When I do push-ups, I feel stronger. I feel stronger throughout every aspect of my day.

Strength is cultivated from the inside out, and with our powers combined, we're gonna show you how to do it too.

When you wake up in the morning, make it your first priority to get yourself in the right frame of thought. How do you want to ?
Don't check your phone. Don't immediately start thinking about your to-do list. Don't let yourself be rushed at all. The first 15 minutes of your day can totally set the tone for the rest of it.

Lay in stillness. Breathe. Count your . Do some light stretching, practice . . Do whatever works for you to set the pace for your day. I know I prefer a day filled with of mind.
