A special evening with Rams at The Welsh Rabbit! 🧀🍷

Alumni gathered for an intimate wine and cheese pairing at CSU alumni-owned Fort Collins shop, enjoying a curated tasting and hearing the stories behind each selection from the owner Dean Hines (‘90,‘10)

Thank you to The Welsh Rabbit for welcoming our Ram community and giving us another great way to connect, support alumni-owned businesses and share a great evening together! 💚

The A is shining bright again! Today, Rams from across our community, including CSU Football, students and alumni, came together to paint the A and keep a more than 100-year tradition going strong.

Traditions like Paint the A are what make being a Ram so special. Help us make sure future Rams get to experience moments like this by giving to the Traditions Fund today.

A huge shoutout to alum Marc Parker (’05), owner of Maximum Painting, and alum-owned Impact Equipment Rentals for providing the paint and equipment needed to get the A shining bright again!

Another HUGE shoutout to Alpha Gamma Rho for helping us prep the A and helping everyone safely paint the A today. And thank you to Simmer Fort Collins for providing the burritos and fueling our Rams!

Stay tuned for the big reveal of the freshly painted A 👀

What do wine, CSU and a family legacy have in common? We got to experience all three at our recent Alumni Night Out at alumni-owned Colterris Estate Winery in Palisade! 🍇 💚💛

Joined by CSU Women’s Basketball Head Coach Ryun Williams, we went behind the scenes at Colterris Winery for a tour of the winery and The Collections, a one-of-a-kind space filled with thousands of rare pieces of wine history and memorabilia from around the world.

But the real story was the Ram behind it all.

CSU alumnus Scott High (B.S., ’78) turned a childhood fascination with wine into a lifelong passion, eventually building Colterris with his wife, Theresa, from a 10-acre peach orchard into Colorado’s largest estate-grown winery. Today, their children—including fellow Ram Katie—are helping carry that legacy forward.

It was pretty special to see the place, meet the people and hear the story behind it firsthand. 🍇
