Colorado’s cost-of-living crisis has hit resort and tourism-dependent counties especially hard. This article, published in the Journal of Sustainable Tourism, digs into what actually predicts voter support for affordable housing policy in these places, using the 2022 statewide ballot measure Proposition 123 as a case study.
