Join the FVSU National Alumni Association, Inc. Macon County Area Alumni Chapter in celebrating 80 years of service and commitment to the Association and Fort Valley State University. On Sunday, May 31st at 11 AM at New Hope Baptist Church, Montezuma, GA, will be "Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present and Envisioning the Present".

The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Inc. Nomination Committee announces the following candidates for the National Run-Off Election:

RUN-OFF ELECTION DATES:
May 19, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. through May 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Also, be sure to check your email that you have received your ballot PRIOR to 7 PM, in order, for any assistance in guaranteeing that you’ve received it.

The FVSU Gospel Choir is now on the ballot for the inaugural Stellar Awards “HBCU Gospel Choir of the Year” category. The choir, under the direction of Alicia Carner-McDonald, is encouraging our alumni, students and supporters to please VOTE for our phenomenal choir. Go to the Stellar Awards website, scroll down to the box that states, “Calling All HBCUs” and select “FVSU”. You can only vote once.

We want to encourage our Wildcat family and friends to exercise your right to vote in Georgia. The state of Georgia General Primary is today. Please, check your registration and candidates running for all governmental levels in our state. Voting ends at 7 PM this evening.
