The highlight of our Staff Development day was celebrating our very own Flora J. from the Emerald Coast Library! Flora was honored with the Meritorious Service Award, and we couldn't think of anyone more deserving.

Flora is truly a gem at ECL. She stepped up massively, keeping everything running seamlessly during our search for a new librarian. Her dedication kept us on track, and we are so lucky to have her on our team!

A big congrats and thank you to Flora for going above and beyond for our university libraries!
