🏆 Big win for Purdue Fort Wayne students!

Three PFW students earned first place at LA Hacks 2026, one of the nation’s largest collegiate hackathons. Competing against more than 1,000 students and 300+ teams from universities across the country, they showcased the innovation and talent that make PFW stand out.

During the 36-hour competition, the team created StudyO, an AI-powered learning platform designed to help students organize, synthesize, and retain information from multiple educational sources. Their project drew strong interest from mentors and judges, who encouraged the students to continue developing the platform beyond the event.

Congratulations to these outstanding students for representing Purdue Fort Wayne on a national stage and bringing home a first-place finish! 👏

In observance of Memorial Day, Purdue University Fort Wayne will close at 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, and reopen at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26.

As we pause for the holiday, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸
