Meet Laura Bracken, a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition student who is returning to school with renewed purpose and passion. After earning her degree in Nutritional Sciences and spending several years raising her family and serving her community, Laura felt the time was right to pursue a dream she’s always held close to her heart. 💚

She chose the UNT Health program because of its strong focus on clinical nutrition and its supportive, collaborative environment—a place where she felt she could truly thrive.
Laura’s goal is to become a Registered Dietitian working in a clinical setting, with hopes of one day contributing to the field through both practice and academia.

Her reminder to herself (and others):
✨ “Keep going—this is your time.”

We’re so thrilled to have Laura in our program and can’t wait to see where her journey leads!
