Legal term of the week is De Novo: This Latin term means 'new'. It is usually used in case of a new or fresh trial. (as if previous partial or complete decision had not been made).

On Feb 5th, from 10AM-3PM, there is a PAD symposium in Houston. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP ASAP to President Chris Green, Secretary Nicholas Demetre, or Treasurer Danielle Bateni. Remember, this trip is sponsored by the executive council, so if you have any questions, than the executives have all of the answers that you require.
