Please join us in congratulating two outstanding UTA Executive MBA alumni on their recent recognition!

Michael Dailey (Cohort 18), founder of Invictus Legacy Builders - High Performance Success Coaching, was honored with the 2026 MAVS100 Business Award.

We also celebrate Manjunath Charmani (Cohort 8), who was recognized among this year’s MAVS100 honorees, another great example of EMBA alumni making an impact.

The MAVS100 Awards highlight the top 100 fastest-growing Maverick-owned or -led businesses, celebrating their impact and leadership in the community. In his remarks, Michael credited this achievement to the support of his network, the strength of his community, and his experience in the Executive MBA program.

We are proud to see our alumni leading, building, and making a lasting difference. Moments like this reflect the power of commitment, connection, and purpose.

This past weekend, we hosted an incredible EMBA Open House, giving prospective students a real, behind-the-scenes look at the program in action.

From sitting in on a live class to connecting over lunch with current students, alumni, executive coaches, and members of the Dean’s Office, attendees experienced the energy, network, and impact that define our EMBA program.

If you missed it, don’t worry, you can still get a simular experience. Schedule a private visit with our Program Director here and see firsthand what makes this program so powerful: https://meetings-na2.hubspot.com/hakim-sims?uuid=52c8d0b9-f9b2-4b76-9813-112966fab2e6

It’s moments like these that bring the UTA Executive MBA Program experience to life.

At the heart of our program is something that goes beyond the classroom. While academics are central, the true value of the EMBA lies in the community we build, among peers, faculty, alumni, and future leaders.

The relationships formed, the shared experiences, and the strength of the network carry just as much impact as the coursework itself, and continue to grow long after graduation.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that bring our EMBA community together in meaningful and lasting ways.

The Leadership Outlook Breakfast was an incredible event, bringing our community together to hear insights from both current and former Fort Worth mayors.

It was especially meaningful to see our UT Arlington President Jennifer Cowley, FAICP lead such a dynamic and engaging conversation as moderator. Proud to be part of a community that continues to connect, lead, and grow together.

You can’t visit Panama without visiting the Panama Canal.

Our students had the opportunity to see the Canal and the Miraflores Locks in action—bringing to life its role as a critical chokepoint in the global supply chain.

They also heard from Luis Ferreira, a senior civil engineer and longtime spokesperson for the Panama Canal Authority, who shared insights on the Canal’s operations and evolving challenges.

A special thank you to Carlos Raad of Bladex for an engaging discussion on international banking and trade. As the first Latin American bank listed on the NYSE, Bladex plays a key role in facilitating cross-border commerce and financing large-scale infrastructure.
