It is with great sadness that we bring you the news of the passing of Dr. C. Benjamin Hale, a longtime professor of Mass Communication at Texas Wesleyan University. A celebration of life will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 at Grace Bible Church.
