I had a wonderful visit to the Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES Welding and HVAC facilities to talk about training and education pathways for students. The Institute for Advanced Manufacturing at Clinton Community College is always looking for ways to connect with students to create more career opportunities and pathways for them. I also got a chance to do some mock interviews with the students. Great group of students preparing for their next steps in life.
