To the Alumni PI Beta Phi,

Hello! My name is Keely Townsend, and I am the VP of Fraternity Development. Happy 150th Anniversary of Pi Phi! April 28th is quickly approaching, and there is a fun event being planned that we want to invite you all to.

On Sunday, April 30th, 2017, the chapter members will be celebrating Founders Day. The event will be from 11:30-1:30 pm and will consist of a catered lunch, followed by the ceremony at the gazebo and a cookie shine. The catering is still to be determined and so is the location, as it is a tedious process to get a room reserved. Myself and the rest of the chapter would like to extend the invite out to our wonderful alumni to join us for the event. More details will be given closer to the date, but no later than the 21st of April. We should have the location and the type of food determined by that date.

This is just a general email sending out the invite to you all. I hope I will be able to meet some of you ladies, and I am so excited for this event. If you know you will be available on this date and would like to come or if you have any other questions, please email [email protected]! Thank you, and happy 150th!
