A representative of the Philip E. and Carol R. Ratcliffe Foundation visited Paul D. Camp Community College’s Workforce Trades and Innovation Center in Suffolk on Wednesday. After touring the facility and meeting with students and staff, the rep presented a $125,000 check in support of the center's Phase Two expansion.
