This year, before the start of classes, the freshmen and senior classes joined with faculty at the Johnson's family farm for a week-long welcome retreat.
Over the course of the week, freshmen participated in seminar discussions on Bonhoeffer's "Life Together" and Sertillanges’ "The Intellectual Life," joined seniors in preparing meals for their fellow students, and enjoyed many NCF traditions such as Viking chess, dancing, and film discussions.
Thank you to all the students and faculty who sacrificed their time to make this trip a reality and a success!

Dr. Ming Wang, Harvard & MIT (MD); PhD (laser physics), lecture is based on his autobiography “From Darkness to Sight.” His autobiography has been made into the Angel Studios film "Sight," which we encourage anyone interested in attending the lecture to watch at the free link below.
