Midland University’s FBLA-C squad racked up numerous top finishes during the 2026 Nebraska State Leadership Conference, March 28-29, in Kearney.

Twenty-four Midland students competed in the event, with competitions ranging from case studies and presentations to objective tests. Midland earned top-five finishes in 17 categories, including three first-place showings, and qualified numerous individuals (via top-four finishes) for the National Leadership Conference.

Eli recently wrapped up his time with us, and we couldn’t be more impressed. A Midland University Agribusiness student, Eli jumped headfirst into credit analysis and the fast-paced ag renewal season across our Blair and Fremont offices. It was great having Eli on the team and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next in the Ag world.
