We’re on our second week of classes and we’re already out and about. Thank you to Harris Ranch for hosting our students.

As we are gearing up to get the meat lab back opened, our new meat science faculty member, Dr. Lindsey Decker, is busy taking students on tours of local meat plants for meat science courses. Students from ASCI 171 toured Harris Ranch Beef today in Selma.
