Every Pentecost, Rome’s Pantheon practices a beautiful and ancient custom of dropping rose petals through the circular oculus opening at the top of the dome. Christendom College continued that tradition in the Shenandoah Valley today, with a rose petal ceremony following Mass in the college’s Christ the King Chapel. 🌹

Christendom welcomed approximately thirty recruiters from a wide variety of businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, and religious orders to campus this spring, giving students valuable opportunities to learn more about future career opportunities. 📈

🎓 Commencement Weekend began with the Baccalaureate Mass in Christ the King Chapel this past Friday, celebrated by Bishop Michael Burbidge of the Diocese of Arlington. Surrounded by family and friends, the Class of 2026 attended their final Mass as students before becoming alumni.

Following Mass, the Class of 2026 gathered at Shenandoah Valley Golf Club for the annual Graduation Dinner as the college honored the achievements of the soon-to-be graduates and bid them a fond farewell. 🎓

Congratulations, graduates! 🎓 Christendom celebrated its 47th Commencement on May 16, awarding 112 Bachelor of Arts degrees to the Class of 2026. This year’s Commencement Address was delivered by Anne Carroll—founder of Seton School and Seton Home Study—who also received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters in recognition of her extraordinary contributions to Catholic education, culture, and public life.
