CES is thrilled to once again present the Appalachian Festival Capstone Concert, featuring Grammy-nominated bluegrass legend Missy Raines and Allegheny! This year's concert will take place at 7:30 PM on Saturday, Sept. 19 at the historic Frostburg Palace Theatre.

Born in Cumberland and raised in nearby Short Gap, West Virginia, Missy Raines has become one of the most influential artists in bluegrass music. A 10-time International Bluegrass Music Association Bass Player of the Year, Grand Ole Opry performer and Country Music Hall of Fame "American Currents" featured artist, Raines continues to honor tradition while pushing the genre forward with her acclaimed band, Allegheny.

Thousands of community members joined us throughout the summer, and what a way to finish. Thank you to everyone who came out for College Fest and our season-ending Levitt AMP Cumberland Music Series concert featuring Holy Roller.

From afternoon activities and campus connections to an evening of live music under a spectacular Mountain Maryland sky, it was a wonderful celebration of community, creativity and togetherness. Thank you for making this season one to remember. ❤️🎶

🎸 Holy Roller takes the stage tonight at 7 p.m. for the season finale of the 2026 Levitt AMP Cumberland Music Series! Join us at Canal Place Festival Grounds for an evening of Southern rock, roots and Americana.

Before the music begins, enjoy College Fest from 3 to 6 p.m. throughout downtown Cumberland, featuring scavenger hunts, giveaways and activities. Then head to Canal Place for the Levitt festivities, including axe throwing, giant yard games, food vendors, the Kids Zone, a food drive benefiting the FSU PAWS Pantry and ACM Pantry (bring a nonperishable donation!) and more.

Keep the celebration going with Levitt After Hours at Uncle Jack's after the show.
