October is LGBTQ+ month so it is time we learn how to best support the LGBTQ+ community on our own campus. In this Lead Event, we will learn and talk about what it is to be an Ally to members of the LGBTQ+ community and why it is so important. The BSW Program at William Woods University is offering ten $1,000 scholarships for the fall 2023 semester to students who declare a major in social work and an intent to complete a field placement with a local school district and subsequently pursue a career in school social work.
