To earn this award, Dr. Olesova participated in professional development programs focused on best practices and innovations in teaching, including the Office of Global Learning’s Virtual Exchange (VE) Training and the Global Learning Institute. This 5-week online program supports UF faculty in designing and implementing virtual exchange experiences, integrating global perspectives and collaboration into their courses.

Participants receive:
• $500 in professional development funds
• 500 miles toward the Global Teaching & Learning Certificate
