May is 💙National Foster Care Month💙, and we're helping our friends at Partnership for Strong Families raise awareness about the need for more foster homes.

⚠️Did you know there are 🚨186🚨youth in out-of-home care in Alachua County with only 65 homes?
There is something all of us can do to help local children and their families.

We had a double header today!

This morning, our team of students helped pack 91 bags of food for families served by the Library Partnership Resource Center (Partnership for Strong Families).

This afternoon, our team helped prepare rooms and clean the play area at Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Central Florida.

Did you know ALL Florida voters who want to vote by mail in 2025 & 2026 need to submit a NEW vote-by-mail ballot request to their county Supervisor of Elections?

You must renew your request every two years! Pursuant to Florida law, the maximum amount of time your request can be honored is "[f]or all elections through the end of the calendar year of the next regularly scheduled general election."
