What do you do in your position with McGladrey?
As a Consulting Associate, I help create value for middle market companies by identifying enterprise-wide risks, leveraging synergies, monitoring and providing early warning of new risks, and improving processes and efficiency. I get to build relationships with our clients and really get to understand the ways we can make an impact on their business.

What are you looking forward to the most with GAC?
I'm most looking forward to seeing what kind of example we can set for the fraternity and how we can help other student chapters replicate an alumni chapter like ours. It's really great that we get to network with several generations of alumni who share the common bond of being Gators.

What was your favorite memory as a student member?
My favorite memory would be getting assigned my pledge adviser. We didn't really kick it off at first, but over time we became best friends. We also got to be on our chapter e-board for a while and now the GAC E-Board. Shout out to Cara Bearison!

What do you do in your position with Macy's?
As a sales manager, I am responsible for managing a few multimillion dollar departments within a single Macy's store. I directly drive the departments' profitability and focus on leading and inspiring my associates to achieve their results while giving our customer the best in-store experience possible. A main part of my job also consists of analyzing store reports and trends and working with my district team to make strategic merchandising decisions for my departments.

What are you looking forward to the most with GAC?
I'm definitely looking forward to meeting as many alumni brothers as possible and learning from them and their previous AKPsi experiences. Also, I'm looking forward to actively speaking with our members on ways to continuously improve our chapter and creating monthly newsletters.

What was your favorite memory as a student member?
I was a student member just last year and my favorite part, by far, was being able to take different professional and social trips with my fellow brothers and best friends. The people I met in AKPsi will forever be the most important people to me.

What do you do in your position with Mahidol University?
I teach English and Management in the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology in Bangkok, Thailand. I have been there for 10 years and also serve as the head of the English Department in my faculty.

What are you looking forward to the most with GAC?
In regards to the Greater Gator Alumni Chapter, I am most looking forward to reaching out to long lost alumni, wherever they are, and bringing them back into the fraternal fold. Just by participating in one event a year, whether virtual or in person, would be a measure of success.

What was your favorite memory as a student member?
I have so many wonderful memories as a student, from making friends with brothers all over the nation at conferences and conventions to the many dear friends I have made directly from Alpha Phi Chapter. One of the fondest memories though happened a few years after graduation. I flew into the USA from Japan to surprise Brother Marcy Greenspoon Trost at her wedding. The husband of one of her bridesmaids picked me up and drove me to the synagogue. As I walked in, mid-service, everyone could hear Marcy voice her surprise out loud. It was classic.

What do you do in your position with Deutsche Bank?
As an Analyst in the Regulatory Reporting department, I was responsible for producing Balance Sheet and Income Statement based reports for regulators such as the Federal Reserve and FDIC. Through my recent promotion to Senior Analyst, I have moved into a project-based role where I'll be 1) cycling through each of our reports to create improvements that will result in more accurate data and shorter production times, and 2) assisting with the roll-out of a new bank-wide reporting software.

What are you looking forward to the most with GAC?
I'm looking forward to reconnecting with old friends and meeting Alumni that were at UF before me. There are so many great people who have been part of AKPsi's Alpha Phi chapter and I'm excited to connect with them!

What was your favorite memory as a student member?
My favorite AKPsi memory is from when I was on Membership team. We had a little Membership Team retreat in Orlando before pledging started. We had such a great time and got a chance to know each other really well. It definitely helped us work as a cohesive team that semester!
