AASA at UF Welcome to the Asian American Student Assembly at UF page! Like us or follow us on Twitter [] and Instagram [] for more updates!

The Asian American Student Assembly (AASA) is one of the largest shows hosted here at the University of Florida during Weeks of Welcome. Every year, we welcome over 1,200 attendees from different backgrounds, primarily first-year students, to celebrate Asian cultures through a mix of performances, speeches, and cultural talents from the numerous organizations deeply involved with the Asian America

n community. At AASA, students can learn about the different cultures and leadership opportunities that this community has to offer. The show is not solely dedicated to Asian Americans, but rather to a wide array of people who are interested in getting involved with the Asian American community. Please join us this year as we welcome the next generation of our community and celebrate the legacy paved by those before us. Date: Saturday, August 27th, 2022
Doors Open: 6:00PM
Show Starts: 7:00PM
Location: Curtis M. Phillips Center of Performing Arts (across the street from SW Rec)

This event is FREE and open to the public! NO TICKETS REQUIRED. If you have any questions, please contact the directors below!
