Over the past two months, this crew has been putting in REAL WORK across all Wallace Community College Selma campuses—and today, we take a moment to recognize them! 👏🏾

From setting up for countless campus events, to supporting community clean-up efforts like the Alabama PALS “Don’t Drop It on Alabama” initiative, to handling daily maintenance operations—these men have shown what dedication, pride, and service truly look like.

They don’t always get the spotlight, but WCCS runs stronger, cleaner, and better because of them. 🛠️

ARCH is proud to support the students of Wallace Community College Selma Selma through a recent donation of nonperishable food items to their student pantry.

Access to food is a basic need, yet many students are balancing education, work, and financial challenges. Ensuring that students have reliable access to meals is essential to their success both inside and outside the classroom. We were pleased to contribute to an effort that directly supports student stability and well-being.

This is what true partnership looks like. Organizations coming together to meet real needs in the community, creating solutions that are practical, meaningful, and impactful.

🚧🔧 WCCS Workforce Programs Update! 🔧🚧

We are continuing our community outreach efforts with our local high schools, including our dual-enrolled students, as well as strengthening partnerships with private vendors.

Here’s what’s happening in HVACR:

✅ The HVACR Lab has been upgraded — a new ductless unit installation is now complete!
✅ Training supplies for ACR 113 have been delivered and are ready for hands-on instruction.
✅ Follow-up meetings with Ms. Dannelly are underway as we develop non-credit night classes.
✅ Our waiting list is actively being updated.
✅ We are continuing to shadow and support our upcoming Class of 2026 graduates.

Momentum is building as we expand access, enhance training, and prepare students for in-demand careers. The work continues! 💪🏾🔥
