The Arcuri Wharton Pre-Law Fund Selection Committee is pleased to announce that the 2026 Arcuri Wharton Pre-Law Fund application cycle is NOW open. The application deadline closes February 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

The Arcuri Wharton Pre-Law Fund supports students preparing for law school by providing a stipend for an LSAT preparation course. This funding opportunity is open to all Stockton University undergraduates who are currently juniors (earned 64-95 credits) or seniors (earned 96+ credits). Preference will be given to juniors and seniors who major or minor in a program within the Stockton University School of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SOBL). Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 at Stockton.

So excited to announce that Mary McCord, renowned constitutional expert and media commentator, will be the keynote speaker for Stockton University's 19th annual Constitution Day program at 6 p.m., Monday, Sept. 29, in Stockton’s Campus Center Event Room. The event is free and open to the public.

Her keynote address is titled “Executive Overreach and the Erosion of the Rule of Law.”

Mary McCord is the Executive Director of the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP) and Visiting Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where she leads a team that brings constitutional impact litigation at all levels of government. The cases cover a wide range of areas from First Amendment rights, immigration, criminal justice reform, combating political violence, and protecting democratic processes.
