Dear Zeta,
As I look back on my time in this chapter, I can’t help but think about all of the little memories scattered throughout these past four years. While the bigger moments certainly hold their weight, it’s the small things that have stayed with me the most.
The laughs shared in the chapter room with a sister who could always make me smile.
Having my photo taken from across the academic mall on pin clothes day. Even the simple moments of passing sisters on the way to class and exchanging compliments.
These seemingly small interactions in my day brought so much joy and warmth to my time at Southwestern.
Thank you, Zeta, for giving me the opportunity to experience such meaningful moments and memories that I will always carry with me. I will forever cherish this chapter of my life.

Dear Zeta,

I never would have pictured myself in a sorority, but coming to Southwestern, ZTA quickly became a home away from home for me. Throughout my time here, I’ve loved growing alongside such incredible women who constantly inspire and push me to become a better version of myself. Through this sisterhood, I’ve made friendships and memories that I know I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Zeta has taught me the value of support, and genuine connection, and I’m so grateful for everything it has given me. I’m so lucky to have been supported by an amazing group of women, and to be able to miss such and to be able to miss such a special chapter of my life knowing it was filled with people who made Southwestern truly feel like home.

Dear Zeta,
It’s hard to put into words what the past four years in this chapter have meant to me. I came into college not entirely sure what I was looking for, and somehow I found everything I could possible want within Zeta —friendship, laughter, and the support to become a version of myself that I’m proud of. My sisters have been with me through the highs and the lows college inevitably brings, celebrated me when I needed it most, and reminded me I was never alone. The lambda chapter is a truly unique place, one that creates and supports world-class women—ALWAYS remembering that Love is the greatest of all things. I am forever grateful for the many gifts it has given me— endless memories I’ll replay for the rest of my life and friendships I know that won’t fade with time or distance.
As sad as I am to leave, this isn’t really goodbye because zta will always be a part of who I am. Thank you for shaping me, challenging me, and standing beside me as I grew.

Dear Zeta,
People say your years in college are some of the best in your life, but what they don’t tell you is that they’re also some of the hardest. I had several learning moments throughout college and for a while I felt very lost, but in this sisterhood, I have found an abundance of hands to hold, shoulders to cry on, hearts to lean on, and the most beautiful brains filled with wisdom and knowledge, that were always willing to help me find solutions and give me advice. I cant say where I’d be without this sisterhood, but I can say that these women have changed my heart and soul for the better, and I know I’m a better woman and sister because of them.

Dear Zeta,
As I look back on my time at Southwestern, all of my happiest and most cherished moments come back to Zeta. Coming into Southwestern I knew I wanted to join a sorority that was filled with joy and laughter, and Zeta was that place. This sisterhood has given me so many valuable blessings, from giving me the opportunity to grow in a leadership role to learning what it means to truly love yourself and those around you.
Zeta has given me my best friends, my roommates, my study buddies, but most of all friendships that I know will last a lifetime.
My college experience would not have been the same without Zeta Tau Alpha, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Dear Zeta,
It’s honestly hard to put into words how much this chapter means to me, but it has truly shaped my college experience in the best way. Coming into this, I never imagined I would find a place where I felt so supported and understood, but ZA has given me exactly that and so much more.
What I’m most grateful for are the people.
I’ve met some of my lifelong best friends through this chapter, girls who have been there for me through every high and low, who have made me laugh when I needed it most, and who have made this place feel like home. I know these are friendships I’ll carry with me far beyond college, and I’m so thankful for every single one of them.

Dear Zeta,

Joining a sorority was never my plan coming into college, but I genuinely cannot imagine my experience without Zeta. The way I was instantly folded in, the love & devotion these girls have for one another, and the safety net it’s given me throughout my early twenties is a gift I will never be able to fully repay. I am forever indebted to this chapter for bringing me some of my bests friends that I will have for the rest of my life. Whether we were studying abroad together in Paris, winning every intramural game we play, or staying up later than we should have to rehash everything that’s ever happened, Zetas have been apart of ever aspect of my time at SU. Zeta has become so much more to me than just a group of women who love hard. What started as a deep connection to its philanthropy and desire to make change has ultimately transformed me into a better version of myself. So much of who I am today I owe to this organization and I would trade it for anything.
