The office of Service Learning, Volunteerism & Community Engagement @ RU has an advisor position open for an alternative spring break trip to Kissimmee, Florida (Give Kids the World) March 14 – March 21. This trip is completely funded by the office and has no cost to the advisor.

Give Kids the World Village (www.givekidstheworld.org) is a nonprofit organization that fulfills the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses by providing them with a magical, joyful, cost-free getaway. Volunteers help make the children’s experience magical by helping with the entertainment, food service, and various projects that will put a smile on each and every child’s face.

Give Kids The World is a 70-acre, non-profit storybook resort located near Central Florida's most beloved attractions where children with life-threatening illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations.
