The Cleve Carney Museum of Art marks the 2026 FIFA World Cup with "The Saturday Man: At the Edge of the Game," a survey of soccer photography by Peter Robinson. âš˝

On view May 30 through Aug 9, this show explores Robinson's six decades documenting everything from the intensely local British football of the 1960s, to the unconventional (and now defunct) North American Soccer League, and the evolution into today’s game of billionaires and superstars. Robinson’s unique artistry contrasts an increasingly commercialized version of the formerly grassroots sport. Learn more here: theccma.org/tsm

MAC TO HONOR LOCAL VETERANS: This Memorial Day, all of us at the McAninch Arts Center honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We also extend our deepest gratitude to all of our veterans in the MAC family and throughout our community for your service and sacrifice. 🇺🇸

In honor of our local veterans and the upcoming 250th Birthday of America, the MAC is proud to host a FREE outdoor Lakeside Pavilion concert on Wednesday, July 8 featuring the Chicago Brass Band performing a patriotic Americana concert celebrating our nation’s history, spirit, and music.

We would be honored to recognize our local veterans that evening. Veterans are invited to please call the MAC Box Office to reserve complimentary preferred VIP seating for the concert so we may thank you personally for your service.

The McAninch Arts Center is proud to celebrate a legendary connection to College of DuPage and the performing arts.

Brothers John and Jim Belushi both attended College of DuPage early in their artistic journeys, and their roots remain deeply connected to our campus and community. In recognition of their impact on American comedy, theater, music, and entertainment, the MAC proudly named its main performance space the Belushi Theater in 2014 during the Gala Celebration reopening of the theater following a transformational $35 million renovation.

That unforgettable evening featured a special performance by Jim Belushi, helping usher in a new era for the McAninch Arts Center.

Now, more than a decade later, Jim Belushi returns to the MAC stage for a very special purpose.

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Jim Belushi & The Sacred Hearts Band will headline the MAC 40th Anniversary Gala in support of future generations of artists through the Belushi Scholarships for College of DuPage Music, Theatre, and Dance students.

This extraordinary evening will celebrate the power of the arts, the legacy of the Belushi family, and the importance of investing in student creativity and opportunity for generations to come.

Join us as we celebrate 40 years of the MAC — and help inspire the next generation of performers, musicians, and storytellers. for tickets visit: https://e.givesmart.com/events/NBD/
