In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are hiring teachers, teaching fellows, and permanent substitute teachers to facilitate both in-person and virtual education of various levels of Spanish.

Southern Teachers works with over 650 K-12 private/independent college-preparatory schools around the South. All of these schools are grappling with this fluid situation, and many of them are augmenting their faculty with these newly created positions.

The demand for passionate teachers is great. K-12 schools are looking for these key requirements for Spanish teachers at their private and college-preparatory schools:

a bachelor’s degree and strong content knowledge
enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
a mature, collaborative spirit
