UCSB HR Association A nationally recognized chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management, the UCSB HR Club provides opportunities for SB internships and job openings!

We are partnered with the two official city of Santa Barbara HR organizations and are a recognized chapter by the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our purpose is to provide knowledge and insight into the field of human resources through the affiliation with the SHRM. We promote awareness of HR related jobs and opportunities including seminars, conferences, and informational H

R speakers and act as a two-way communication between HR professionals and students interested in HR careers/internships.

CALLING ALL EMERGING HR PROS!
SBHRA is developing mentor-mentee partnerships and we are looking for mentees to match with our mentors! If you are interested in being matched with a mentor we invite you to sign up now!

As a mentee, one of your main priorities is to be open to learning! Be prepared to engage in your mentoring partnership by sharing your thoughts, asking questions, and actively listening to your mentor’s responses and advice. Although you, as a mentee, are seeking guidance and support, you can also help your mentor help you by working with them to shape your shared mentorship experience.
