Our 2026 Miss Juneteenth Royal Court proudly took to the streets for the City of Grambling Juneteenth Parade, representing the legacy, excellence, and promise of our community.

These young ladies embody leadership, service, and the spirit of the next generation. We are honored to celebrate their accomplishments and grateful for the joy they brought to this year's festivities.

Thank you to everyone who supported our queens along the parade route. Your encouragement helps inspire them to continue leading, serving, and dreaming big.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated honors Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, as an historic moment in American history. On June 19, 1865, news of the Emancipation Proclamation finally reached the last enslaved individuals in Galveston, Texas, marking the true beginning of freedom for all.

We proudly recognize the efforts of our own trailblazing Soror, Opal Lee, the “Grandmother of Juneteenth,” whose unwavering advocacy helped make Juneteenth a federally recognized holiday in 2021.

Today, we celebrate emancipation, reflect on our ancestors’ strength and resilience, and recommit to the work of advancing justice, equity, and unity. Through education, action, and solidarity, we move closer to a world rooted in true freedom for all.

What an incredible evening of beauty, confidence, culture, and empowerment as the women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Alpha Zeta Chapter proudly hosted the 2026 Miss Juneteenth Pageant.

This celebration of Juneteenth showcased the talent, intelligence, and leadership of young ladies who embody the promise of tomorrow while honoring the legacy of those who came before us.
