UND's online civil engineering program ranks No. 2 on OnlineU's 2026 list. Students and alumni gave it a 3.94 out of 5 rating, and 94% recommend UND. To make the list, a school must be accredited, offer an online civil engineering degree and earn a strong average rating from verified students and alumni.

The program holds ABET accreditation, which allows graduates to meet the educational requirement for the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and start the path to professional engineer licensure.

The Associated General Contractors of North Dakota (AGC) recently awarded three scholarships to CEM students. Students are Andrew Skov (Walt Swingen Scholarship), Avery Toms (Don Lindberg Scholarship) and Norah Baerlocher (John Jardine Scholarship).

The AGC of North Dakota has a tradition of awarding scholarships to UND students that spans over half a century. Among these prestigious scholarships, the John Jardine Scholarship, established in 1964, holds the distinction of being the oldest scholarship in North Dakota and is still awarded annually.

Congratulations!
