Today we recognize and celebrate three incredible student-athletes graduating from the DU Powerlifting team 🎓❤️🖤

Each of these women has left a lasting impact on our team through their hard work, leadership, resilience, and dedication both on and off the platform. Both in and out of the gym, they have helped shape the culture of this program and set the standard for those who follow behind them.

We are beyond proud of everything they have accomplished during their time in their undergraduate programs at DU and we are excited for what comes next for each of them. Thank you for representing this team with pride and passion.

Delaney Sousley claims her second Collegiate National Championship title in the 48kg weight class—proving once again that consistency, grit, and composure win on the big stage.

Her Performance:

Squat: 150kg / 309lb

Bench: 80kg / 176lb

Deadlift: 152.5kg / 336lb

Total: 372.5kg / 821lb

Dots: 492.47

Year after year, she continues to raise the bar and show what it means to compete with confidence and purpose. Another dominant performance, another national title.

Elizabeth Cleveland showed up when it mattered most at Collegiate Nationals—hitting competition PRs in her squat and bench, plus a total PR to top it off.

Her Performance:

Squat: 212.5kg / 468 # (+16.5 # PR)

Bench: 110kg / 243 # (+5.5 # PR)

Deadlift: 205kg / 452 #

Total: 527.5kg / 1163 (+5.5 PR)

Dots: 411.85

She’s been setting the tone for this team all season, and on the platform she delivered in a big way—helping lead our women’s team to a 2nd place overall finish.

Our point-scoring ladies were the driving force behind our 2nd place team finish—each performance, each rep, each moment adding up to something bigger than themselves. This result is a reflection of their grit, consistency, and heart all season long.

It all comes down to this. Our last group of Panthers are ready to step on the platform and leave it all out there. After incredible days of grit, PRs & team energy, we’re closing it out with these lifters representing Davenport Powerlifting 🐾💪🏼
