Cornerstone University Food Service We are a mix of full-time and seasonal staff working alongside our students to prepare tasteful and On weekends three meals are offered.

Cornerstone University Food Service offers a wide variety of meal choices, working to stay on top of the latest culinary trends and techniques. Two serving stations offer a variety of entrees and sides to accompany our soup, salad, and deli options. For breakfast, a waffle bar, an oatmeal bar, and two hot entrée’s with sides are offered. Joe’s Pizzeria is home to our stone-fired pizza oven where o

ur artisans to create a variety of delectable pizzas. Our Deli offers a self-serve Panini grill where one can create a personal masterpiece. The Dining Commons is open Monday through Friday and offers four meal options. Monday - Friday Schedule
Breakfast: 7:00am - 9:150am
Cold Breakfast, Oatmeal & Waffle Bar: 7:00am – 9:30am
Lunch: 11:00am – 1:30pm
Dinner: 4:30pm – 7:00pm (close at 6:30pm Friday)

Weekend Schedule
Cold Breakfast : 8:30am – 9:00am
Sat Lunch: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Sun Lunch: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Dinner: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
