Alright, here is the poll that I made for the days where we go out and ask for donations for the silent auction! If everybody could fill this out that would be great.

The Silent Auction is a huge event that KIS puts on with three to four other clubs. And the profits that each club gets is from the items that we sell, meaning that we want to have a lot of good-seller items. We go around to various businesses and locations to ask for donations of items, event tickets, coupons, gift cards, etc. to auction off. It's much more fun to go as a group and there are members who can teach you how to be successful when asking for donations too! We will have a letter that will be going out soon that will help with that as well, but first, we need to know when can meet.

Hey! Thanks to everybody that came to the meeting today! I'm really excited about where we're headed... maybe a little too excited. But I wanted to announce that for the next couple of weeks before the Holiday Sale that we will be having meetings every week:
October 24th 11:30 am- 12:30 pm
October 31st 11:30 am- 12:30 pm
November 7th 11:30 am- 12:30 pm

I think we'll be able to get a lot done doing this. And I will also be sending about a poll on here to see when people can meet up to look for Silent Auction donations! Feel free to email me if you have any questions!
