Career and Job Placement Center (CJPC) wins the 2023 Career Spark Award!

The Career Spark Awards recognize the top career centers in three categories—student engagement, employer engagement, and reporting and analytics—and CJPC is one of 31 institutions to receive an award this year, out of 1,400+ schools using the job database that we call LancerJobLink.
CJPC was recognized for employer engagement!

This win is a testament to the focused time and attention the CJPC team has invested in connecting students and employers on LancerJobLink (powered by Handshake). CJPC, exemplifies Pillar 6, Community and Workforce Partnership, where we provide a pipeline of students to our network of local employers by connecting them with CJPC’s 24/7 job board, LancerJobLink.

This award positions us as a responsive, reliable, and successful pillar of support for students as they navigate college to career. Fun fact: Only 2% of the education partners won this award!
