The Teaching Press at UW-Green Bay won a 2025 UWGB Founders Award for Excellence in Community Outreach, and our newly hung poster celebrates our students and our projects. The dual-book launch for “Golden Era” and “Patinas of Life” was a major success! The Teaching Press would like to extend a huge thank you to Seaway Printing, former Golden Girls, Packerettes, Sideliners, and The Tarlton Theatre.

This book is a heartfelt collection of writings by Patrick Wood that celebrates the beauty of friendship, connection, and the moments that make life meaningful.

Meet The Teaching Press Fall 2025 editorial team for "Birds of the Oneida Nation: A beginner's guide to bird identification". This semester, our team is collaborating with the Oneida Bird Monitoring Program to create a vibrant bird guide for young readers featuring hand drawn illustrations and information that honors Indigenous language, knowledge, and the natural world.
