The Wisconsin CBRF Training Registry as a part of the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, manages the state mandated training for assisted living providers in Wisconsin. The publicly accessible registry of CBRF employees who have successfully completed any or all of the four required courses is available to providers, survey staff, and other interested parties. Instructors and curriculum are also

approved by the registry. The areas that the registry covers are: first aid and choking, standard precautions, medication administration, fire safety, and the administrator course.
