We are happy to introduce our sixth and final member of the DePauw University Page and Narda Cotton Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026: Jennifer Kosinski!

Jennifer was a member of the softball team and graduated from DePauw in 2012 with a degree in Biochemistry.

During her time at DePauw, Jennifer earned third-team All-America honors in 2009 and was a four-time all-region honoree, including first-team honors in 2009 and 2012. Her 10 RBIs in 2010 against Rhodes and Ohio Northern are tied for single-game highs in program history, and she still holds program career records for runs, hits, and RBIs. Jennifer was selected to the SCAC's 30th anniversary softball team in 2011, and to the SCAC All-Tournament team that season.
After her time at DePauw, Jennifer completed Purdue University’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, then, as a registered nurse, she worked at both the University of Chicago Medical Center and Rush University Medical Center before joining Medtronic in 2017, where she currently works as the Enabling Technologies Regional Capital Manager for South Texas. Jennifer lives in Austin, TX, with her husband, Chandler, and their son.

Freshman middle Miller Spreen has been selected North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Athlete of the Week for her performances in DePauw's three contests last week.

Spreen scored her first career collegiate goal against Manchester in the dominate 7-0 season opener at home. She scored unassisted in the 72nd minute by dribbling into the far right corner of the penalty box and delivering a clean shot to the lower right corner of the net. Spreen later fed Emmy Streeter an assist leading to the final goal of the game, leaving her with three points on the night.

On Saturday, Spreen delivered the game winning goal for the Tigers against Concordia Chicago, helping DePauw to a 2-0 start on the season and raising her season points to five in just two games.

DePauw's Gray Schmittel has been selected to the D3football.com Team of the Week as a return specialist.

Schmittel returned six punts for 115 yards in DePauw's 31-23 season-opening win at Rose-Hulman with the longest coming late in the third when he broke free for an 82-yard return for a touchdown that extended the Tigers' lead to 28-16.

It marked DePauw's first punt return for a touchdown since Andy Hunt's 58-yarder against Oberlin on Oct. 7, 2017. It was DePauw's third longest all-time and the longest since John Stephens returned one 86 yards for a score against Millsaps on Oct. 20, 2001.

We are happy to introduce our fifth member of the DePauw University Page and Narda Cotton Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026: Spud Dick!

Spud was a member of the football team and graduated from DePauw in 2010 with a degree in Economics.

During his time at DePauw, Spud was an All-SCAC selection in 2009 and a second-team selection in 2007 and 2008; his 9,312 career passing yards remain a DePauw and SCAC record, and he still holds 4 other records in DePauw history for pass attempts, single-season pass completion percentage, pass completions, and games with 300 or more passing yards. Spud was co-recipient of the 2010 Phil Eskew Jr. Award as the DePauw Outstanding Senior Male Student-Athlete and one of four finalists for the Gagliardi Award.

After his time at DePauw, Spud went to work in commercial real estate, where he has worked for the past 15 years. Spud lives in Zionsville, IN, with his wife, DePauw 2011 alumna Eliza Dick, and their two children.
