Conor Hails, head of the University of Pennsylvania’s Sigma Chi chapter, was in a Philadelphia hotel ballroom last month for a Barclays Plc recruiting reception. A friend pointed out a banker from their fraternity. Hails, 20, approached with a secret handshake.

DePauw will be renaming North Quad in honor of the generous contributions made to the school by Brother Tim Ubben '58 and wife, Sharon. It will now be referred to as Timothy H. and Sharon W. Ubben Quadrangle. Thank you Tim for all that you have done for DePauw and Delta Tau Delta.
