UNCG’s College of Arts & Sciences Week is coming up soon (September 14-18)—and as part of the celebrations, AMSA is hosting a Roman cooking (and eating) event! Come learn about, help prepare, and taste traditional ancient Roman dishes, from gladiator gatorade (mostly vinegar!), to savory cheese spreads and everyday bean breakfast porridge.
