Furman Creative Collaborative (FCC) A student-run organization committed to fostering a creative culture at Furman University.

Creativity should not be obscured or guarded for the few students who happen to find it where it hides. We ought to broaden our understanding of "creativity" beyond the limited view that it is simply synonymous with "art" or "media." The Furman Creative Collaborative recognizes the value of every student's intrinsic creative spirit. We, the artistic, the passionate, the imaginative, the visionary,

and the innovative, are striving to foster a new culture of creativity among Furman students, organizations, academic departments, faculty, and staff.

Furman Creative Collaborative, the hosts of TEDxFurmanU, is proud to present its second annual Innovation Hour. An OLLI course, Furman students are encouraged to create a 15-20 minute pitch on a creative or innovative idea. Essentially, Furman's own Shark Tank, OLLI members will vote on the strongest idea for a $3000 prize (or more!) to startup their idea!
