As the ECU family continues to come together in communities across the region in the wake of Hurricane Matthew and the resulting floods, many of you have been asking how you can help.

10/19/2016

ECU students,

If you have been affected by Hurricane Matthew, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of ECU's Disaster Recovery Center. They are open all this week from 10am to 7pm in the Willis Building at 300 East First Street. No matter how you have been affected, they will try to help you.
This can include problems with textbooks, damaged personal items, displacement/loss of housing, temporary job loss, loss of transportation and other issues.
Please visit the recovery center or call the Dean of Students Office at 252-328-9297 for information or to volunteer.

If you visit the Disaster Recovery Center and find that they are unable to help you, or you feel that you have an additional emergent need, please apply for an award from Students' Treasure Chest.
Visit our website at https://www.ecu.edu/cs-studentaffairs/dos/stc-home.cfm.
Click Awards and complete an award application.

If you would like to donate to STC, all donations to the Students’ Treasure Chest establish opportunity or emergency awards for students and we are currently reviewing award applications from students affected by the hurricane. Donations can be given through our website or in person at the Office of the Dean of Students.

Thank you
