Due to anticipated hazardous conditions associated with Hurricane Helene, Lander University is making the following changes to our class schedule:
All classes after 3:30 p.m. today (Thursday, Sept. 26) are canceled.
All classes for Friday, September 27, are canceled.
Only essential personnel should report to campus on Friday. Those employees should work with their supervisors to determine a safe time to report, and use discretion regarding travel.
All other employees should work with supervisors to approve remote work or use annual leave to account for the day.

The safety of our students, faculty and staff is our highest priority. Make sure you are prepared for the impacts of this system as it moves through our area, and always remember to put your safety first.
