At 1pm we will have a pollinator trivia game with prizes for the top 4 contestants.
At 2pm join us for cake.

On April 23, 1-2pm join us for an exploration of the QU Tree Walk! A simple loop around the Mt. Carmel campus. Get an ABL button and enter a raffle to win our Earth Day t-shirt. We will meet right in front of the library to start the walk!

Quilt Panels from National AIDS Memorial on Display

During the week of Oct 17, quilt panels from the National AIDS Memorial will be on display at the Arnold Bernhard Library on the Mount Carmel Campus, and Edward and Barbara Netter Library on the North Haven Campus. The National AIDS Memorial was envisioned by LGBTQ activist Cleve Jones in 1985 to document the lives being lost to AIDS. Today, the National AIDS Memorial is a quilt spanning 1.2 million square feet. It’s fabric memorializes the names and stories of 110,000 lives lost to HIV and AIDS since the disease was identified in 1981.

The display is a collaboration between the Office of Community Engagement, Arnold Bernhard Library, and the Edward and Barbara Netter Library.
