We are part of a National Political Science Honor Society, the only honor society for college students of political science and government in the United States. Pi Sigma Alpha was founded in 1920 at the University of Texas, Austin for the purpose of bringing together students and faculty interested in the study of government and politics. There are now over 850 chapters of Pi Sigma Alpha located o

n college and university campuses in every state of the United States and one in Canada. Purdue University Northwest campus is the official Tau Psi Chapter. PNW’s Model United Nation Team hosted a very productive simulation Wed. Sept 20 “The Situation in Afghanistan” practicing with teams from Valparaiso University and Prairie State College. Thank you to the Department of History, Philosophy, Politics, and Economics for pizza 🍕 after our simulation!!

Students are fired up to keep running simulations throughout the fall in the lead up to the American Model United Nations conference Nov 18-21, 2023 at the Chicago Grand Sheraton hotel. 🇺🇳 where PNW will sit on the Security Council as 🇲🇿 Mozambique
