The Copper Quill is excited to share an article about the life and work of artist Jacob Lawrence - the first Black artist to have a solo exhibition in the Museum of Modern Art. The piece was written by Mary Richards, associate professor of English at HACC. Professor Richards is the first guest writer to be featured on The Copper Quill's blog.

HACC alum Bhim chose HACC’s Nursing Program because it is affordable and has a great reputation.

“I am very fortunate and thankful that I had an opportunity to be at HACC and I want to thank my professors,” Bhim said.

Bhim currently works in home health care. In the future, Bhim is considering pursuing his BSN. 🩺
