HACC - Culinary & Pastry Arts Club Welcome to the official fan page for HACC's Culinary and Pastry Arts Club.

We just bring together people who:
• Want to volunteer at community shelters and food banks
• Would like having “Popcorn and a Movie” days or “Dinner and a Movie “ nights
• Enjoy touring local vineyards and breweries
• Like my clever banter and charming repartee
• Would like to visit local CSAs like Joshua’s Farm and Spiral Path
• Like to eat and make delicious, interesting food
• Want to see a d

emo of sous vide cooking or liquid nitrogen freezing
• Like Ice cream sales, bake sales, soup sales and BBQs
• Want to get your ACF membership at a discount
• Like entering chili cook-offs and baking competitions
• Want to hear about the food industry from some of the local chefs, farmers, artisans and food purveyors
• Believe that every person deserves sustainable agriculture and clean water
• Want to make some good contacts
• Are a vegan, omnivore, carnivore or herbivore
• Would just like to meet some people who share your love of food and want to have a positive experience…

Each week, the students in the Bakery Operations class are responsible for creating a weekly menu to be offered at Ciao Bakery! Items will be available at Ciao Bakery at 304 Chestnut St. in Harrisburg, from 11-2, Wednesday thru Friday each week. Stop in to try some items from this great menu:
