Members of Coker University's Alpha Gamma Psi chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, an education honor society for future and current educators, met this week to prepare motivational messages for third graders at Black Creek Elementary School in Darlington. Like all other third graders in public schools across the state, the students are taking SC Ready tests for the first time, and our KDP members wanted to encourage them to try their best!

Congratulations to our graduating Seniors - Ryan Cox (Music Ed), Jadee Dean (Early Childhood), Shantella Harris (Dance Ed), and Bailey Jackson, McKay Kasper, and Sarah Tyner, (all majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education) and Shelby Humphries Smith (Early Childhood Education with a Dance Minor) who completes her clinical practice at McBee Elementary School in CCSD in the fall. We are so proud of you all! 🍎
